Why is this important?
- The SENIM hotline is a feedback channel through which company employees, partners, contractors, and other stakeholders can report violations or suspicions, as well as receive clarifications on issues of concern.
- To ensure confidentiality and anonymity, all обращения are forwarded to the Legal Support Department for Anti-Corruption Policies within the Compliance function.
- We do not just receive information — we take action. Every report is reviewed and followed by appropriate checks.
It is important to understand: the SENIM hotline is not used to exert pressure on employees or partners. Its purpose is to create a safe, fair, and transparent working environment.
