Quality Service and Quality Development Department of “Kazakhmys Corporation” LLC have been certified according to ISO 9001:2015 international standard.

In February 2023 Quality Service and Quality Development Department successfully passed their certification audit by the international conformity assessment body of management systems TÜV Rheinland Cert GmbH to the requirements of international standard ISO 9001:2015 “Quality Management Systems - Requirements.”

Application of quality management system is a strategic decision made by the management of Quality Service and Quality Development Department with the intention to improve performance and provide strong basis for sustainable development.

The system is based on the process approach with PDCA cycle “plan-do-check- act” and aims at continuous improvement. By employing various monitoring tools such as process performance evaluation, internal audits, top management review and customer satisfaction evaluation, quality management system allows to reveal nonconformities and eliminate their cause. One of the important advantages is employee involvement into the achievement of the set quality objectives.
