KAZAKHMYS CORPORATION LLP CHANGES ITS "RESIDENCE PERMIT"

In the annual Address to the people of Kazakhstan, the Head of State K.K. Tokayev announced the creation of the Ulytau region with the administrative center in the city of Zhezkazgan. It was in this region, at the dawn of Kazakhstan's independence, that the Kazakhmys company was established.

In this regard, the company's management decided to re-register Kazakhmys Corporation LLP in the city of Zhezkazgan, with appropriate legal procedures after the formation of a new region.
