Оne of such specialists, whose work inspires respect and honor among colleagues and friends, is Sagat Kosymanovich Tosbayev, a foreman of the 6th category of electricians of the electrical service of the copper electrolysis workshop of the Balkhash copper smelting plant of Kazakhmys Smelting LLP. The entire conscious life of Sagat Tosbaev is associated with energy. He came to the copper electrolysis shop of the Balkhash Mining and Metallurgical Combine in 1999 as an electrician for the repair and maintenance of electrical equipment. Since then, more than 20 years have passed since he has been working in the energy sector. Over the years of work in the electrical service department, he studied all the technical characteristics of electrical equipment and became an excellent specialist in his field. Love and interest in work accompany him to this day. For several years, he has been the foreman of the electricians in the electrical service department. The copper electrolysis shop in the structure of the Balkhash copper smelting plant is one of the main one, it is here high quality cathode copper is produced.
Tension, readiness for an immediate response, the ability not to get lost in emergencies - all this makes the work of power engineers especially responsible and difficult.
