The track record of Nurzada Mursalov, head of the crushing building of the Nurkazgan concentrator of the mining and processing complex of Corporation Kazakhmys LLP, is rich. He is both a metallurgist and a concentrator, and, moreover, having achieved noticeable success in each of the professions. This is evidenced by the badge "Enbek dagy" - III-degree, presented to him several years ago.
After graduating from the Karaganda Metallurgical Institute, in the direction of the alma mater, he was sent to the Zhezkazgan copper plant. There he worked for several months as a smelter, and then he was appointed shift foreman. Gradually experience was accumulated and trust from the side of management grew. Nurzada managed to work as the head of the section and the chief engineer of the smelting shop, which he later headed. Metallurgy became his vocation for ten years, instead teaching him to lead and delve into the production process to the finest details.
In 2007, Nurzada Mursalov decided to change his role and moved to Karaganda to get a job at the Nurkazgan enrichment plant, which is being prepared for commissioning. Here he started as a foreman, then became the chief engineer of the crushing unit, and for the last six years has been working as its chief.
He participated in the installation, unique for Kazakhstan, high-performance roller crusher "Roller-press". Its implementation at the factory is generally a separate chapter in Nurzada Mursalov's track record. To do this, he had to go on several foreign business trips to exchange experience in connecting and operating this new equipment, because in our country this technology has not yet been used.
The professions of a metallurgist and a concentrator are close to each other not only technologically, but also in spirit, ” says Nurzada Mursalov. - The specifics here are certainly different, but I quickly got into a rut. The engineering and technical personnel, to whom I belong, exists for this purpose, to delve into and understand any production. It turned out to be even easier to get used to at the factory than at the copper plant - ten years of experience helped me a lot. And I was also lucky to know over the years many wonderful people who have influenced my development professionally. These are Kaysar Teleshev, Mazhit Takishev, Talgat Zhaksybekov, Baglan Tanenov, Beksultan Kasymbekov, Abdrakhman Tompaev, Maxim Li, Saulekhan Zheksembaev, Shynbolat Kulmanov, Yeraly Kaliakparov. Today I work with some of them at the same enterprise.
Well, the development of the Nurkazgan factory continues. This also applies to the estate of Nurzada Mursalov - the crushing building. In particular, it is planned to reconstruct a mobile crushing complex, which should help the enterprise reach the rate of processing 6 million tons of ore per year.
