The team of Erik Aubakirov at the Annenskaya mine of the East Zhezkazgan mine is one of the most advanced and on a special account. It consists of 10 people-a mining master Marat Seitov, head of the site Daniyar Utepov, Deputy Chief Nurlan Makhambetov, mechanic Saken Adilkhanov and tunnellers. All of them are professionals with many years of experience, awarded with medals "Enbek danky". They are assisted in their work by auxiliary sites where locksmiths work for servicing drilling coaches, as well as employees of farm maintenance services.
- We fulfill the plan and exceed it by 100-120 % – says Brigadier Erik Aubakirov with pride. In our mining and tunnelling work in addition to achievements of the plan, an important role is also played safety in conditions of quarantine СOVID -19 all necessary sanitary requirements: mandatory mask mode on the premises, the use of antiseptics, sanitary distance.
It is worth noting that to maintain team spirit, the miners communicate outside the mine – they are actively engaged in all sports: football, basketball, participate in inter-worker sports competitions, and have won many awards for their achievements in sports. In their free time, miners like to go fishing and spend time with their family. On the eve of the upcoming professional holiday – the Day of the Miner – the Aubakirov team congratulates colleagues, wishes a strong roof, a safe return home and remember that the most important thing in the work of miners is love for their chosen profession.
