A loan is a financial instrument that allows you to get a certain amount of money with a guarantee of repayment to the lender.
At the same time, a certain rate of reward for using this amount is provided.
According to this rate, the overpayment on the loan is calculated - a higher value indicates a larger amount of interest.
Unsecured loan and its features
A special feature of unsecured credit is that it can be taken for any purpose other than business. Moreover, the bank often does not require a guarantee. The loan is issued in cash or by card.
But due to the lack of security guarantees for the bank, the loan amount is not high, and the interest will be higher and the loan term less than in a secured loan.
Also, the level of your income will be reflected in the amount that the bank is ready to issue without collateral with any property.
How much money banks give out without security
The official websites of second-tier banks provide open information on the conditions for obtaining such a loan.
So, the maximum loan size, its duration and the annual effective interest rate differ in each organization.
There were approximately three categories of 14 second-tier banks, which were divided by the size of loans issued and AEIR (annual effective interest rate). The term for which the loan is issued in most banks is 60 months, or five years. So, a loan of 7,000,000 tenge is provided by Bank RBK, Fortebank and Bank CenterCredit. When choosing a loan, you can use the option with or without commissions, which will also affect the final AEIR.
The following banks provide loans for 6,000,000 tenge:
- Alfa-Bank - indicate the lowest AEIR,
- Halyk bank - 50% discount on life insurance is provided,
- Sberbank - 0% commission for arranging a loan and early repayment.
Unsecured loans for 5,000,000 tenge are issued by five second-tier banks: VTB Bank, AltynBank, Nurbank, ATF Bank and Eurasian Bank. VTB Bank had the lowest annual effective rate in this category - 16%. The shortest possible loan term for this amount is the Eurasian Bank - 48 months.
The next group of banks issues loans for a smaller amount:
- Jýsan Bank - 2 500 000 tenge for a period of 36 months,
- Home Credit Bank - 2,000,000 tenge for a period of 60 months,
- Kaspi Bank - 1 000 000 tenge and 48 months.
Before applying for a loan, you must carefully calculate your options and use an online calculator. It should be remembered that the Bank issues the final terms of the loan at the time of registration, so you need to specify the amount of the AEIR and carefully study the loan agreement.
